Casa Scoglio - Seafront Retreat near Syracuse, Sicily

The space

Fanusa is a little beach resort between the most famous Fontane Bianche and Siracusa, with low and accessible coastlines and some short sandy places. Villa Scoglio is located directly on the rocky beach of Fanusa, with a direct access to the sea. The beach has flat rocks but a small sandy beach is only 500m away.

A few steps lead into a bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden, pool, and partial sea view. The living room offers air conditioning, sitting area, and an open fireplace.

The kitchen is spacious, with a pizza oven, and utensils for cooking.

The sleeping rooms consist of two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, and one separate bathroom with shower.

Outside:
Inside the well-kept garden with spacious lawns and olive trees there is the above ground swimming pool (10x5m; 1.2m deep; open 01.05 - 30.09 – for opening outside these dates, please enquire) for the private use of guests. A direct access to the sea with rocky beach is the crowing of this house (rubber shoes recommended due to slippery rocks.). A beautiful veranda in front of the main building looks over the Mediterranean garden and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals.
