Vi havde som en familie på 5 med 2 voksne drenge og en svigerdatter et fantastisk ophold fra den 12 - 19 oktober 2024. Lejligheden levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger og det fungerede rigtig godt med de separate værelser. Vi var dog noget overrasket over manglende sol på terrassen der gjorde at det til tider var lidt koldt. Men det var også sidst på sæsonen. Vi brugte poolområdet og den private strand indtil solen var væk kl. 14:00. Marco var en fantastisk vært der modtog os og sørgede for at sætte os godt ind i boligen og omgivelserne.

Wonderful apartment, we throughly enjoyed our stay! I can honestly say the host was exceptional. Everything was made easy, they were very attentive and thorough. The views in the apartment are spectacular. We were even surprised with a gift upon leaving, 10/10!!! We will be returning - A big thank you from us !!! 🙏

We have just returned from an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend. Marco was great with correspondence before we arrived with brilliant instructions for arrival. He recommended restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation was perfect and well equipped. A short 10 minute walk to the nearest amenities and a little further to the lift up to the beautiful Taormina. The view was stunning looking over Isola Bella. We would certainly stay again.

This is a great apartment. The views are amazing, there is a fantastic private beach area for the complex right at the base of the cliffs below and a great pool area. The public beach, and beach side shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk, and you can get a bus up to the main Taormina town about 200m away or the cable car about 500m away. The bus is easy and frequent so we used that the most. Marco and Christina were amazing to deal with - so helpful and communicative, and went out of their way to help with transport options and other recommendations. FYI for those unfamiliar with Taormina, walking around the area requires walking along the edge of the narrow streets and there are usually no footpaths. The traffic usually moves pretty slowly but this might be something to consider if with children.

Meget flot beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt. Privat strand med liggestole. Meget venlige og god information om stedet og mulighederne af vært ved ankomst og altid hurtig respons når vi havde spørgsmål. Huset var meget rent og ryddeligt. Virkelig et sted der mere ene 100% lever op til forventningerne.

Bijzonder tevreden over het gehele proces, de ruimte, het zwembad, toegang naar de zee, de tips van Mario en Christina. Het was er heerlijk om te verblijven, goede airco, mooi uitzicht prima zwembad en een heerlijke zee.

This place was an incredible location to experience the beach at Taormina. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient way to swim everyday. It’s been noted in other reviews but the three bedrooms are all detached from one another. This was no problem for us but flagging in case you’re traveling with young kids. Would absolutely stay here again!

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. The apartment was fully equipped and we so enjoyed the pool and private beach. Thank you Cristina for your seamless service and to Macro, thank you for being the most amazing host. Meeting us on arrival and providing an orientation of the apartment and surrounding area was invaluable for our stay in Taormina. The traditional Sicilian cakes were delicious! Your thoughtfulness was much appreciated.

The location and views are stunning! Steps down to the beach and up to the old town are a great workout and worth the effort. Magical at night! Lovely restaurants and such friendly people. The bedrooms are quite far apart if privacy is a priority.

The apartment and surroundings were absolutely magical, with the most wonderful view. We were six adults and we have plenty of space. It was very clean and the pool area was delicious. It should be said that we were going from the 28.10 to 4.11. , so there weren't that many people. Would highly recommend the place.

On our second trip to Sicily we decided to try an extended stay in Taormina. Travelling with another couple, we picked this unit based on the web site pix and reviews. The condo development is literally in the hillside above Isola. You can miss it driving by as the only visible evidence is the topside parking lot, one of spaces to be assigned to your car for free (this is the only free thing in Taormina). We were met by the owner\/agent, Marco. He is warm, informative, curious about his guests, and readily available for a tour of the facility and any questions. As others have written, the unit layout is a bit different, but it makes sense design wise. Its on three levels. Internally, on the main level there is a large common area for lounging and dining (kitchen is tight but has everything, including dishwasher) which leads to the private patio\/deck overlooking Isola from about 300 yards away. The patio is about 125 feet above the water, immediately below. The Calabrian coast sits in a haze across the horizon. One bedroom upstairs overlooks the same view. A second bedroom is accessed internally from the upstairs level and requires a few stairs up across a small, private and secure (locks on all doors) open air stair well area. The upstairs bedroom contains a washer\/dryer and has access to a small, private roof deck where the clothes line lives. The third bedroom is across the interior hall from the common room. The layout works just fine. Thanks, Marco!

the property was excellent, location, parking, and overall facility was great a little dated but had everything we needed.

This appartement with the beautiful view is the best one we ever found. It was nice and peaceful with an amazing view on isola Bella from the terrace and the pool. Also on the terrace at sea level the nature looks beautiful impressing. We loved the beautiful town with all the shops and restaurants and visited the Etna and the beaches. Marco was the best and sweetest host and helped us with everything. He was even there for us when we arrived in the middle of the night after a long delay. Thank you so much Marco! We will never forget this beautiful trip.

We had a wonderful stay here - beautiful views that you can never tire of, the apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. Two of the bedrooms are set slightly apart which is great if you have older children or guests in your party who like a bit of privacy. The owner is very kind and helpful, and made lots of suggestions to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We loved spending time by the infinity pool and the experience of using the lift to access the private solarium (great snorkelling and sea caves). And easy access to Taormina and nearby areas either on foot or by bus. We loved our time here, thank you for making us so welcome.

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and it was comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, looking directly out onto Isola Bella and its public beach. It was lovely getting up in the mornings and opening the doors and having a coffee on the balcony taking in the view. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of glasses, cutlery and plates and we were even left some water in the fridge for our arrival. Things to note. 1 - This is one of many attached apartments all built into the cliff face. Whilst it is a 3 bedroom apartment, the 2nd and third bedrooms are on the other side of a public hallway. This was fine for us as we had teenage children but may be an issue for anyone travelling with young children. 2 - As the apartment is built into the cliff face, we found that the additional two rooms did have a bit of a smell, but nothing too bad. 3 - 7-10 min walk to closest café and minimart.

Marco (our host) was very welcoming and informative. He responded to any questions during the week. Terrace view is amazing. Pool area is also lovely. Apartment has everything you need. Walk to the funicular isn’t too taxing and we’ll worth it for the shops and restaurants in the town centre.

Leiligheten stod til forventning. Marco som tok imot oss er en strålende vert. Litt trangt kjøkken men det visste vi. (Funket fint) Fin terasse med en fantastisk utsikt over havet og til Isola Bella. En flott badeplass privat for leilighetskomplekset. Klipper ned i sjøen med badestiger. Helt perfekt for oss. Taubane eller en trappetur opp til Taormina der det kryr av restauranter og butikker. Egen parkering med bom var supert da parkering I Taormina ikke er enkelt å få. Kjempefint basseng som «henger» ut fra klippene ut over havet. Bildene lyver ikke.

The apartment was excellently equipped with wonderful views over Isola Bella, which was a short walk from the apartment. Our children loved the pool, which we virtually had to ourselves, and the table tennis table was great entertainment for them as well. We didn't use the private beach on the rocks below as our children are young, but with older kids \/ adults, this would've been lovely. The property owner was so incredibly helpful - advised us on how to get there from Catania Airport by bus (only 7 Euros pp, drops you off 100m from the apartment - very easy) and then met us at the bus stop to help with our luggage, and then did the same on the return. He also thought ahead about how the bed layout might work with our young children, so it was all perfectly ready for when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, so we could instantly relax and enjoy our holiday. A huge thank you!

Detta är ett väldigt fint boende. Fin pool och fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt på den fina altanen. Det finns tillgång till alla bekvämligheter i lägenheten. Vägen till och från lägenheten kanske inte är så säker, särskilt inte om man har mindre barn (det saknas delvis en trottoar) men det går att ta sig till den lilla byn utan problem. Vi är supernöjda med det mesta. Vädret på Sicilien i maj kan vara lite sämre än vi tänkte så det innebar ju att det inte var så bra badväder men när det är det så är som sagt poolen toppen och även den häftiga avsatsen nere vid havet, dit man kan ta både hissen och trappan. Värden för lägenheten, Marco, är otroligt vänligt och hjälpsam på alla sätt och vi fick hjälp med snabba svar från både Cristina och Marco. Rekommenderas starkt!

We just spent a week in this property, it was a fabulous vacation! The location is great, we were able to walk to Isola Bella in a few minutes, there were restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby for the basics. We were able to easy access taxis to visit the center of Taormina as well. The view from the patio is breathtaking. The pool area was also great, to be able to sit in the pool and enjoy the view was so relaxing. The elevator to the water level was so cool, it was so nice to sit down near the water and listen to the waves. We had all the amenities we needed, a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, glasses, plates, bowls, etc., although we didn't cook much other our morning coffee. Marco was an excellent host, he provided great information about the area and spent time showing me around the unit and the building. He was responsive to my questions. He was also kind enough to bring us excellent cannolis when we checked out. This was a great vacation, I would recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again if I visited!

Spacious, well-equipped condo with a breathtaking view of Isola Bella. The terrace and outside area with view were the absolute highlight! Condo has a lovely private pool with amazing view of bay and private access to ocean via a lift. Private parking was a plus. It was a bit of a hike to the funivia and thus downtown access but not undoable. Marco was so helpful and responsive. Thank you for hosting us.

We had just an amazing week at this property from start to finish. Even though we had flight delays and took a wrong turn on the way, we were still personally greeted by the lovely Marco (and Christina via FaceTime) who ensured that we settled in and had everything we needed for a perfect week. We loved his flexibilty, welcome gifts and restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated, along with his pro activity in checking that we were ok throughout the week. Thank you Marco! Parking in the area was a challenge so having parking facilities at the property is a real bonus that should not be under estimated, along with its location being only a short walk down to many excellent restaurants and bars, the cable cars up to Taormina and the beach at Isola Bella beach. The view from the property is a rare beauty and we spent many hours on the balcony during meal times. Shopping in Taormina is a must with many beautiful views and a terrific atmosphere throughout the day and evenings. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. To note there is a quirky layout of bedrooms outside of the main part of the apartment which was perfect for us with 2 teenagers who enjoyed their own space in the evenings so very suitable to groups of sharing adults. Despite the complex being made up of many apartments there is no noise from other neighbours and the unit feels exclusive. We really appreciated the use of the private beach via the James Bond style cave-elevator and the well maintained pool area This could now have become our perfect family bolthole! Thank you such a lovely week. Everything exceeded our expectations. We plan to return soon and look forward to booking again.

There are a lots of pluses and a few minuses with this property. First Marco greeted us with fresh beers and was super friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations. Then the view is just incredible even better than the pictures. We spent most of our time on the terrasse. The location is walking distance from restaurants and the funicular that brings you to the old city where there is a ton of restaurants and boutiques although some of the walking is on the road ( no sidewalks). The kitchen is quite small and making a meal for a group can be tricky. As there are so many restaurants nearby it wasn’t really an issue since we ate most of our meals outside. Be aware that the unit really consists of a large main bedroom looking towards the sea and a small children bedroom with two single beds. The other two bedrooms are situated outside the main unit one across the hall that divides the complex in two and the other one is accessed from the second story and across. \nDate of arrival - 24 September 2022

Had a fabulous week at the Villa. Pool and private beach sensational.. Great restaurants within 5 mins walk.10 minutes to cable car up to Taormina. Views were out of this world. Highly recommend for a great Sicilian get away.\n\nExcellent value for money.

This is a really great property and has an excellent location overlooking the bay of Isola Bella with a spectacular view from the terrace and is just a short walk down the road to the beach, restaurants and shops. It is one of several holiday apartments in the complex and has all the facilities we needed, including washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the bedrooms, 100GB of free internet. Taormina is an absolute nightmare to park in during peak season, so the private residents' car park (included in the price) was an absolute godsend. There is a very nice private pool for the use of residents of the complex and also a private beach (also residents only) accessible via steps and a lift. It is rocks, rather than sand, has sun loungers and has several perfect spots to jump or dive into the sea (5m or deeper). Marco is very friendly and helpful and we can recommend this place very highly.

Wow, I can’t believe we finally made it here after 2 1\/2 years of booking your beautiful place. Marco was wonderful and very helpful and explaining everything to us. The parking is excellent. The location is fantastic! The place is immaculate and we will leave it exactly how we found it. Thank you so much for your patience in us finally getting here due to Covid. It’s been a long wait ! We had a great Time in Taormina! The location was excellent as we were able to walk every evening to catch the cable car to the top of Taormina. The parking was very convenient also! Place was clean and we hope that we left it as clean as we found it. My only suggestion for Future guests would be additional towels. We had a difficult time washing them after we showered because there wasn’t enough time to run the washing machine and then hang them out to dry, As we were always ready to begin our touring at 9 AM. And when we would return in the evening, it was too late to wash them as they would not be dry for the morning. Other than that everything else was great!!

The location was excellent as well as the accommodations. It was great having a pool on site! It was very easy access to the cable car, about half a mile, which is very walkable at all times during the day. There is a grocery store about 15 minutes from the Villa, but there a few mini markets half a mile from the Villa. \nMarco, was excellent as he met us at the villa and gave us an overview of the area. Most important, if you are renting a car there is adequate private parking, which is important so you don’t have to park on the street. I would stay there again, and I would highly recommend this villa to anybody who wants to stay in Taromina! \n\nGood value For the location in accommodations!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement malgré la météo pluvieuse pour cette période. Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la magnifique Isola Bella. Le parking privatif inclus est très pratique et indispensable car il est très difficile de se garer dans Mazzaro. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous étions 8 personnes sans nous sentir à l'étroit. La piscine à l'eau salée et débordement est très grande et magnifique. Marco est un hôte prévenant et d'une gentillesse rare! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit avec les enfants et nous avons trouvé de quoi faire un dîner et un petit déjeuner le lendemain matin! Nous reviendrons l'été... Je recommande!

It was a perfect holiday, from the first contact until the end! Cristina and also Marco took care in an outstanding way for everything. We got all the information on time, Marco waited for us in the apartment and gave us a lot of useful information.\n\nThe interior of the apartment was not the newest one, but it was clean and the most important items (sugar, salt, tabs for the dishwasher etc.) have been there.\n\nThe private beach was amazing, with clear warm water and a fresh water show. I think we never had such a nice beach ever before. We also liked it very much that we had sun in the morning, but shadow in the afternoon. It could not have been better!\n\nOnce again many thanks to Cristina and Marco!\n\nAn outstanding location, everything was perfect.

Villette Taormina was the perfect house for our group of 8 people. Spacious enough, clean and very comfortable, we loved the private terrace and the view from the terrace. Also, the infinity pool is very nice. I liked that it was with salted water (probably from the sea). The owner was very friendly with us, polite, and he has been very helpful in answering our questions about what we can do in Taormina.

The property was perfect for three couples. Each bedroom provides privacy while also providing a common area to gather and relax. The private access to the ocean was amazing and the infinity pool very nice.

Superbe appartement avec une vue imprenable sur Isola Bella. Bien équipé, terrasse très agréable, piscine et solarium inoubliables. Bon point de départ pour visiter l'est de l'île. Seul inconvénient: la repartition des chambres qui n est pas très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Plus adapté pour des familles avec des adolescents ou des groupes d'adultes.

Amazing location with stunning view of Isola Bella from the main bedroom, terrace and pool. The two bedrooms separated from the main apartment are more suitable for older teenagers\/adults. Sea swimming suits good swimmers (reef shoes and jellyfish protection advised for swims to Isola Bella and the cove beyond the dive centre). Beautiful pool with good facilities cleaned daily. Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and cable car but road lacks a continuous pavement, so caution advised. Kayaks available to hire from the main beach.

The owner signor Marco was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. Not all rooms are situated in the main appartment, which we did not know. The house is very clean and nice. The road towards Isola Bella\/ cable car is quite dangerous, especially at night. To spend a nice holiday here, you definitely need to rent a car, most of all because the beaches around are not that special.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the sea. The apartments have access to a nice pool and a private grotto which in my opinion is the nicest part. Apartment is good with a functioning kitchen and a tv area. Balcony is really nice with beautiful views. Bedrooms are the only negative. They are small and outdated. Local shops and cafes are only 10min walk as well as the cable car into Taormina old town.\nResponse from Cristina:\nDear Paul, \nI am glad you enjoyed the stunning views , pool area , excellent location and general facilities.\nI am sorry you found the bedroom smaller than what you expected. We do have various photos of all the 4 bedrooms and they show the room dimensions and furnishings , probably the twin room is smaller and we actually describe it as being smaller than the others to ensure our guests are fully informed before booking. \nI see that you had a good stay in any case and I thank you for your comments and the time you took to write your review we will see if we can change some of the bedroom furnishings .

Unreal apartment with breathtaking views. The photos do not even do this apartment justice. It is pure paradise, the location is spectacular, the terrace unreal, and thw apartment was so spacious and comfortable. Cristina’s place is magical!!!

Fantastic appartment with a wonderful view. Good space. You will need to have good legs, as there are many steps to the private beach - all though they also have an elevator for the lazy ones .... 🙂 We were actually only missing 1 thing - a gas grill which easily could be standing on the big terrasse, as it is hot standing inside cooking. We are most definately comming back to Sicily, and if also back to Taormina, we will rent Marco´s appartment again.

We stayed at Villette Taormina for a week in August. This place is wonderful, beautiful and fantastic. The owner Marco is extremely helpful and will assist you in what ever you need. He would recommend local restaurants and good places to go. The apartment is spacious and clean. The view, the pool and the private beach is breath taking. Do I need to say more? No, just go there and you will enjoy every moment!

Good communication between the staff at Italian Breaks regarding my booking and for more information from the villa owner. There was a slight issue with payment via their site but this was eventually resolved.\n\nVillette Taormina was just perfect for our group consisting of myself and my partner with my daughter, his daughter and their two boyfriends all in their twenties. We all had a good sized bedroom with our own en suites and there was plenty of space between us. We had our own space to retreat to and we weren't on top of each other or fighting for the bathroom. We had an extra bedroom with twin beds in that we didn't need.\n\nThe kitchen was very very small and could only fit a maximum of 2 people in at one time but it didn't cause any problems - the upside was that there was more than enough kitchen equipment and crockery and the dishwasher was a bonus. We ate breakfast and some lunches at the villa but ate out the rest of the time.\n\nThe villa had a private swimming area on the rocks below (use lots of steps or risk the scary lift 🙂 ) I personally loved this little haven and we had our own little cave which we learnt was actually called the Tunnel of Love - as mentioned and pointed out on a short boat trip to the Blue Caves!! There was a swimming pool we used a few times with a fab infinity pool looking right over to Isola Bella!\n\nThe location of the villa was just about OK for us - we are all fit and well and don't mind walking. We had no car so did the risky walk on the road down to catch the cable car to go up to Taormina. This cost 12 Euros a couple for a round trip. The walk was a good 15 mins. Eventually we ended up ringing a taxi to go in to town which cost 40 Euros for us all, return. I would have liked to have figured the buses out as they seemed to frequently run back and forth but we were on holiday and too lazy :)\n\nWe didn't even get to a supermarket and just used the local shops down the road for our breakfast essentials and bits and bobs. All the shopkeepers were really friendly and always threw in something extra for us.\n\nJust a few words now about Marco who we had to ring when we landed at the airport and spoke with our taxi driver regarding our journey - he met us at the Villa and gave us so much information about the villa and the area and restaurants etc - he was brilliant (and he had some very welcome drinks for us in the fridge too!!) Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he also gave us contact details of people nearby who we could see if we had any problems. He also met us on the morning of our departure to hand over keys etc and he presented us with a tray of absolutely gorgeous Sicilian pastries - how lovely.\n\nJust one last thing to add.... there is no Wi-Fi so the 'kids' were a little bit disappointed that we couldn't use spotify but there is a CD player and a good TV.

This is a gorgeous apartment with the best view in taormina probably. Wonderful shared spaces and the path down to the ocean is worth a visit on its own even if you're not living there. It has a design perfect for sharing if you're 3-4 couples or small families with common areas but also complete privacy
