The space

The villa is designed in harmony with the landscape, with wide windows framing the sea and the surrounding greenery.

INTERIORS

Indoors, we find a well-equipped kitchen, inviting living area, and comfortable indoor dining space.
The sleeping rooms consist of three bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished and filled with natural light: two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom, perfect for guests or children, with the option of adding a third bed. There are two bathrooms with shower: one is en-suite to the double bedroom; the other is shared between the double and twin bedroom (this bathroom has two showers: one at the entrance in front of the basin and another in the separate room where you also have the toilet).

OUTDOORS
The villa’s outdoor areas are its true highlight. The property includes a terraced garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants; a panoramic rooftop garden, perfect for sunset views; a shaded veranda, ideal for alfresco breakfasts or dinners; an outdoor barbecue, perfect for grilling with a sea backdrop. From the garden, a private staircase leads directly to the cove below, with crystal-clear water and soft white sand just steps from the house.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Due to the villa’s unique architecture and design, which includes multiple stairs and different levels, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
- The road to access the Villa is unpaved and not suitable for very big cars
