In the sleeping area, you will find eight double bedrooms featuring standard-size double beds. Five of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (with showers) for added privacy and convenience. Additionally, the villa includes five separate bathrooms, each equipped with showers.

Outside, the property is fully fenced with a large garden (473 sqm) featuring a lawn and a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 10m with a depth ranging from 0.6 – 2.4 m. Additionally, there are several relaxation areas where you can unwind, an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals, and a first-floor balcony equipped with seating.
