The space

Villa Glada (180 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room which opens onto a partially shaded veranda overlooking the swimming pool. The living room is furnished with sofas, TV, and a dining table for 8 guests. Also on this level, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a sea view, a bathroom (with a shower) and a guest bathroom (with toilet). Additionally, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed measuring 160 x 190 cm) with direct access to the garden/terrace.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

- a master bedroom with double bed (measuring 160 x 190 cm), ensuite bathroom with a shower and access to a balcony/terrace;
- a double bedroom with double bed (measuring 160 x 190 cm) and access to a balcony/terrace;
- a twin/triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed;
- a bathroom with a shower

Outside you will find a fully fenced Mediterranean garden featuring a lawn, private swimming pool (measuring 7.5 x 3 m; 1.4 m deep; open all year), Jacuzzi hot tub and outdoor shower. Other outdoor amenities include a shady veranda with a dining table, and a barbecue area. Convenient off-road parking is also available for guests.
