The space

Villa Mavriana (160 m2) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room on two levels with a sitting area (with chairs and built in seating) and a dining area (with table and chairs). The kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, microwave) offers access to a terrace and there is a guest bathroom (with toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine).

On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed and fireplace) with ensuite bathroom (with bath), one twin/double bedrooms (with two single beds that can be converted to doubles), one triple bedroom (with two single beds that can be converted to doubles plus an extra single bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a Mediterranean scrub garden with a terrace and shady outdoor dining area (with table and chairs for 6 guests), a barbecue, two showers, and parking for two cars.
