The space

Villa Pertessa (275 sqm) consists of a main building and two annexes.

Main building

The main building consists of a combined living/dining room (with sofas, a dining table, and chairs), a well-equipped kitchen and Annex 1 (accessed from the courtyard or veranda).

Annex 1 (sleeps 7)

In this annex, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one single bedroom (with single bed) and four bathrooms (with showers).

Annex 2 (sleeps 2)
In Annex 2, a lower-level annex (1.82 m high ceiling) with a separate entrance, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed), a bathroom (with shower) and a laundry. On request, an extra single bed can be added in the double bedroom.

Outside you will find a fenced garden (1200 sqm) which features a lawn and steps that lead you down to a private swimming pool (5 m x 10 m; depth: 1.3 m - 2 m;Open May – end October) with sun terrace (with sun loungers). Beside the villa itself, there is a shaded veranda with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue area, and two sitting areas. Furthermore, there is covered parking (for one car).
