The space

Villa Silvestra (300 sqm) consists of a main villa and a two-floor dependence with a separate entrance.

Main Villa (sleeps 2 + 1)

The main villa consists of a living room (with sofa, chairs, and a single sofa bed), a dining room (with a table that seats six), a well-equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom (with toilet) and a veranda. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Dependence (sleeps 8)

In the dependence, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and four bathrooms (with showers) and a veranda.

Outside you will find a large garden (3,000 sqm) featuring lawns and a swimming pool (5.5 m x 11 m; depth 1.5 m – 2 m; open May to end October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). Next to the villa itself, you will find a shaded veranda with a relaxation area (with comfortable seating) and an Al Fresco dining area (with a table that seats ten).
