The space

Villa La Rugantina (350 sqm) develops over three levels.

In the villa you will find a living room (with built-in sofas), a dining room (with table seating 12 people), a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. In the sleeping area you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), four twin bedrooms (with two single beds), one guest bathroom (with toilet) and five ensuite bathrooms (with shower). An extra single bed in one of the twin bedrooms is available on request.

Outside there is a spacious garden (5,000 sqm) with lawns, a swimming pool (130 sqm; depth 1.5 m - 2 m; Open May - End September) with a large sun terrace (with sun loungers), a furnished upper balcony (with outdoor seating), a shaded veranda with a sitting area (with comfortable seating), a dining area (with table seating 8) and a barbecue.
