Description

Located close to Colonna Beach Resort on the north-east coast of Sardinia, Villa Cimabue is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool and sea views. Within five minutes’ drive of the villa, you will find Cala Granu beach (2 km), a sandy beach with a beach bar and restaurant, and nearby you will find Porto Cervo Marina (3 km), an exclusive retreat for the rich and famous, known for its upmarket shops, restaurants, exclusive nightclubs, and mega yachts. Also available at a supplement are a chef, butler, house cleaning service and luxury car rentals.

The space

Villa Cimabue (200 sqm) develops over three levels.

In the villa you will find a living room (with sofas), a dining room (with table seating 8-10 people), a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. In the sleeping area you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), two triple bedrooms (with two single beds and one extra bed available in each room), one guest bathroom (with toilet) and four ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

Outside there is a large garden (1,800 sqm) with lawns, a swimming pool (70 sqm; depth 1.5 m - 1.75 m; Open May - end September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating) and a barbecue.
