On the upper level, you will find a large open plan living room (with access to a shaded veranda) with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (with table seating 10), a well-equipped kitchen area and a service bathroom (with toilet).

Outside there is a well-maintained gated garden featuring a private swimming pool (6 m x 11 m; depth 1.5 m - 2.3 m; Open 1 May - 31 October) with a sun terrace. Next to the villa, you will find two shaded verandas, one with a furnished sitting area and, the second with a furnished sitting and dining areas.
