The space

Please note that there is an apartment upstairs with independent entrance; it is generally occupied by its owners and not rented to tourists. The use of the pool is reserved for guests of Villa Stralizia. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to hedges on both sides of the garden; people in the apartment and in the neighbouring villa cannot overlook guests in the terrace (if they lean out of their balcony, the pool can be seen)

The villa, newly refurbished, is decorated with care and taste and features a modern open plan living area, accessed directly from the large outdoor terrace. There, we find a large kitchen with island, modern appliances, table and chairs with corner seating and an area with large sofa.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and both with direct access to the terrace area and gardens, and a twin bedroom; second separate shower room with large shower enclosure.

Outside, the villa offers a large covered terrace, furnished with sofas, armchairs and table with chairs for al-fresco dining. The private swimming pool (10x5m) is surrounded by a decked area and is equipped with sun lounges.

Facilities: air conditioning (in the living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms), heating, SKY TV, CD player, stereo music system, safe, private parking, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Weber gas barbecue, hairdryer.
