Private parking is available (for up to 10 cars), and access is via a gate from the main road, followed by a pathway and steps leading down to the villa.

Arranged over three levels and complemented by a separate annex, the property offers approximately 530 sqm of interior space.

The ground floor features a large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining area, directly connected to the indoor dining room. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining spaces and is accessed from the outside.

Lower Floor
A generous living room with traditional Vietri ceramic flooring and satellite TV opens onto a second panoramic terrace, creating a comfortable space to relax while enjoying the sea views.

Bedroom Level – Main Villa
The main villa includes four double bedrooms, all with sea view windows, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

It includes three double bedrooms, each with sea view, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS
The property features approximately 450 sqm of panoramic terraces, ideal for al fresco dining, relaxing, and enjoying the sea views throughout the day. The surrounding 2,800 sqm garden is planted with Mediterranean vegetation and provides a private and tranquil setting.
The private swimming pool (open from April 30 to October 1) is set in a panoramic position overlooking the sea, complemented by multiple relaxation areas equipped for outdoor living.
A standout feature of the villa is its direct access to the sea, along with a small private dock where water taxis can moor; an exceptionally rare element that adds both convenience and exclusivity to the property.


Facilities: Air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi Fi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, barbecue, baby cot and high chair, mosquito nets, Satellite TV, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, oven, toaster, security safe. Small pets allowed.

Included in the price:
• Housekeeping service 4 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Two linen changes per week, bed and bath linen, on Saturday and Wednesday
• Chef service for the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner is included. Guests are required to cover only the cost of groceries, to be paid locally according to their requests and preferences
