
The house is part of a larger three-unit property, but access is separate from the rest of the property.
Casa La Terrazza (90mq) offers an open-plan living room, with access to a large veranda. Inside, the living room has two sofas, a TV, a coffee table and the kitchen has a dining table that comfortably seats six.
Casa La Terrazza is a three-bedroom house: the first is a bedroom with a single bed, the second and the third are double bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom and shower. Please note that the third bedroom is accessible via the first bedroom. A separate bathroom with a shower is accessible from the veranda.
The house offers a private pool (depth of 1.7m ; open from May 1st to September 30th) and terrace with spectacular sea views. Please note that a second pool located on the top level, not part of Casa La Terrazza, overlooks it.
Although a car is not essential, it is recommended, especially in peak season, to enjoy your stay fully, and there is a garage parking for one car.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is a 300 m incline from the garage to the front door.
- The property owner lives on-site, and is happy to help with luggage, or any requests.
- The villa is not recommended for elderly or people with mobility difficulties.
- 750 metres away from the property, you can reach the entrance of a footpath that takes you down to Tordigliano beach. Please note that this footpath is challenging and we do not recommend it to people with walking difficulties or children.
