The space

Villa Veduta (170 sqm) is accessed via 104 steps from the coastal road and develops over two levels.

The living area consists of a spacious living room featuring double doors that lead onto a balcony, furnished with comfortable sofas and a table with four chairs. Above the living room is a well-equipped mezzanine kitchen, providing all the essentials for meal preparation.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms:

- One bedroom suite (75 sqm) with doors to a balcony, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine kitchen/living room, one double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower). Amenities include air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, and minibar;
- One double bedroom (40 sqm; accessed via 14 steps) featuring a king size bed, porthole-style windows with sea views and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning, HD TV, hairdryer, safe, iron and minibar;
- One double/twin bedroom (30 sqm) featuring two single beds with an ensuite bathroom with double shower. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron, and minibar;
- One double/twin bedroom with external access featuring two single beds and a furnished patio, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning, HD TV, hairdryer, safe, iron and minibar.
- One bathroom/utility room with toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer.

Outside the villa, boasts a terraced garden featuring a jacuzzi hot tub (measuring 3 x 2m; open 1 May to 31 October) and a sunbathing area, as well as a lounge area, outdoor dining area and a mini gym.

- External chefs and catering services are strictly prohibited at the property. For private lunches, dinners or special dining events, guests must exclusively use the villa's designated private chef service, available upon request at an additional cost.
- guests travelling in smaller groups who wish to have access to the independent annex must book and pay the rate applicable to 10 guests, full occupancy. For the 7th and 8th guest, they will be accommodated in the main villa, on the sofa bed.
- The villa is accessed via 104 steps from the coastal road. It is therefore not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
