The space

Villa Veduta (170 sqm) is accessed via 104 steps from the coastal road and develops over two levels.

The living area consists of a spacious living room featuring double doors that lead onto a balcony, furnished with comfortable sofas and a table with four chairs. Above the living room is a well-equipped mezzanine kitchen, providing all the essentials for meal preparation.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms:

- One bedroom suite (75 sqm) with doors to a balcony, a living room with a double sofa bed, a
mezzanine kitchen/living room, one double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower).
Amenities include air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, and minibar;
- One double bedroom (40 sqm; accessed via 14 steps) featuring a king size bed, porthole-style
windows with sea views and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Amenities include air conditioning, HD TV, hairdryer, safe, iron and minibar;
- One double/twin bedroom (30 sqm) featuring two single beds with an ensuite bathroom with
double shower. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron, and minibar;
- One double/twin bedroom with external access featuring two single beds and a furnished patio, as
well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning, HD TV, hairdryer,
safe, iron and minibar.
- One bathroom/utility room with toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer.

Outside the villa, boasts a terraced garden featuring a jacuzzi hot tub (measuring 3 x 2m; open 1 May to 31 October) and a sunbathing area, as well as a lounge area, outdoor dining area and a mini gym.
