The villa can be accessed in two ways: from the water’s edge (by boat) with a climb of around 100+ steps, or via a private, narrow alleyway of around 300m that leads down from the main road (downhill). We do not recommend the villa to older guests who may have mobility issues. Luggage service (included in the price up to 20:00; after 20:00 will be required an extra cost of 100 euros)
The 400 sq.m villa develops over two levels and an annex.
On the ground floor, large French doors welcome us into a bright living room area with sofas, a dining room and a separate kitchen with access to the terrace.
Internal stairs take us to the first floor where we have four double bedrooms each with Queen size beds (one of the bedrooms can have two single beds on request), all with sea views and en-suite bathrooms with shower (three with only shower, one bathroom with both shower and tub). Three of these bedrooms share a terrace with sea views.

Outside, we have a beautiful large and shaded terrace with comfortable outdoor seating area, secluded garden with sea views, a jacuzzi hot tub, table tennis, barbecue, wood burning stove and al-fresco dining area.

This Villa was a wonderful place to see the beauty of Positano. All four of the upstairs bedrooms had beautiful expansive views with the exception of one bedroom downstairs which we did not use. There are plenty of bathrooms and the common areas were great for family games and movies. The cleaning and delivery staff were wonderful along with the concierge staff. They made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we asked.\n\nI would not recommend booking this villa for older adults as there are over 200 stairs to climb up and down to get to the water and water taxis for transport, a very fun and exciting feature of this villa. However, does not cater to those with balance issues or difficulties with stairs. There is also a very long ramp to get down to the villa from the street access so there is no avoiding a long steep climb to leave the villa one way or the other. It does make for incredible views though.\nIf you want to go into the city often plan on using water taxis a plenty, which for a large group can cost up to 100 Euro each way or a 20-30 min taxi to town, which tend to not be super reliable so for those daring enough would recommend getting a Vespa! So fun and easier to park and get around where you want to go!\n\nWould absolutely recommend staying here for a large group of adventurous people. Hikes are close by and cliff jumping!\nEnsure the villa is clean for arrival, further disclose stairs and accessibility on brochure as it was a little bit of a surprise for our older parents. Otherwise this place was everything we needed, wanted and more!
