Villa Pierina - Charming villa near Sorrento

The space

At only 800 metres away you can find the bus stop that takes you into town and the Circumvesuviana train line is only 2km away, with services running to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. A car is recommended to stay at this villa and it can be parked in the villa’s private parking, suitable for two cars.

The villa develops over 250 sq.m and three floors.

On the ground floor, we have the bright and air conditioned living room with double sofa bed, sofa and TV area. There is a separate large kitchen with dining table for ten as well as direct access to the terrace and garden. On this floor, we have one double bedroom with access to a terrace equipped with table and chairs. There is a separate bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, we find one twin bedroom with air conditioning , one double bedroom with air con and access to a private terrace, and one separate bathroom with shower.

18 steps take us up to the third floor, where we find a fourth bedroom with double bed, air con, en-suite bathroom with shower, small kitchenette, and access to a large terrace with stunning sea views.

Outside, the villa has a well furnished garden with tables, chairs, stone barbecue, a private swimming pool (6.30 m x 3.70 m x 1.20 m deep; open from April 1 to October 31) equipped with sun loungers, chairs, and parasols.

Facilities: air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi Internet, private parking for 2 small cars or 1 van, barbecue, TV with digital channels, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, toaster, citrus juicer, kettle, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer. Retractable mosquito nets on every balcony and window.

- Daily pool cleaning and garden maintenance, 2 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- Welcome Courtesy Pack including bottles of water, a small appetizer, coffee pods, biscuits, marmalade, chocolates, fresh lemons from the garden and a bottle of local wine.
- Household Starter Pack including dishwasher and washing machine detergent, dish soap, hand soap, body wash and shampoo in dispensers, paper napkins and toilet paper.
