On the ground floor, taking 10 steps from the villa’s entrance, we find the living room with sofas, TV and dining area, as well as direct access to the outdoor terrace via French doors. The kitchen is equipped with stove, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and more, and it is accessed from the living room. One guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
On the next floor, taking 15 steps down from the ground level, we find a second terrace equipped with table and deck chairs, from where you can enjoy beautiful views. The sleeping area on this floor consists of: one double bedroom with air con and direct access to the terrace; one adjacent bathroom with bath tub and shower; one double bedroom with air con and access to the terrace; one adjacent bathroom with tub and shower.
Taking 15 more steps down from here, we find the next level. Here, we have a third terrace equipped with table and chairs, accessed from the bedrooms. The sleeping area consists of: two double bedrooms each with with air con and access to the terrace; two adjacent bathrooms with shower.
Outside, the villa offers a total of three terraces with beautiful views and seating furnishings as well as direct access to the sea via 12 steps from the lowest level. At the base of the steps is a public area where you will have the use of two sun loungers and four deck chairs.

La villa est un endroit d\u2019exception, au pied de la mer faisant face \u00e0 Capri et \u00e0 la baie de Naples. La villa a \u00e9galement un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 la mer depuis le rez de chauss\u00e9. Nous avons pass\u00e9 un tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able s\u00e9jour, Martina, notre h\u00f4te a \u00e9t\u00e9 disponible \u00e0 tout moment pour r\u00e9gler nos petits soucis. Attention quand m\u00eame, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la villa est difficile et il faudra compter entre 1h et 2h de route pour vous y rendre depuis Naples (en fonction des bouchons).\nMerci Monsieur Leclerc pour ce merveilleux avis. casa meravigliosa in ogni suo aspetto, posizione da sogno, il mare e' ovunque in questa casa. siamo stati benissimo, casa con ogni confort, dall'aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, alla pulizia. ogni camera da letto ha il suo bagno e terrazzo sul mare. Martina, che ci ha accolto, e' stata premurosa e sempre presente per ogni necessita'. una settimana da sogno, luogo e casa magica immersa in un tratto di costa incredibile.
