The villa develops over 240 sq.m and two floors.
On the ground floor we find the dining and kitchen area: a bright, elegant and spacious room furnished with dining table for 10 and modern appliances, as well as air conditioning and beautiful sea views. There is one bathroom with sink and toilet only. The sleeping area on this floor consists of: two double bedrooms with king size bed, TV, air con and en-suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom with air con. On this ground floor we find the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
A beautiful spiral staircase (12 steps) takes us to the first floor where we find the living room furnished with sofas, table for four, TV, fireplace and of course sea views. From here we find direct access to the terrace with seating. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with king size beds, TV, air con and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers private terraces furnished with table and chairs from where you can admire the sea. There is a private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.2m deep; open from April until end of October; depuration: chlorine) with sun lounges and below this pool we find an external kitchen (with stove, oven, sink and barbecue) with covered terrace and large seating area. Around the garden, the owners have organized a private path, ideal for jogging or walks in the moonlight. The garden is fenced, making the villa ideal for those with pets.
Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV in the bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, daily cleaning 3 hours per day for 6 days per week included, bed linen and towels changed every 3 days for weekly bookings, barbecue, iron, security safe, fireplace, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, oven, parking.
PLEASE NOTE: This property has a non-recording doorbell camera. Inside the houses there are alarm sensors - they do not record; some may be covered with a black tape as to not trigger the alarm accidentally while clients are in the villa. None of the devices inside the house are cameras or recording devices.

The location itself is quite far away from all the attractions. Be ready to organize quite pricy transfer for everything. But the host Lucio is very helpful. He helped with a lot of staff, including arranging the transfer and Restaurants

Beautiful Villa - location matched the pictures. Cristina was an excellent host, very helpful with local recommendations of things to do - restaurants and transportation. Cleaning of the villa happened daily by the host which was a pleasant surprise. Appreciated the space and different areas to use throughout the property - the bbq area and outdoor dining was beautiful. (It is a drive to get into town, something to be mindful of when planning). Would definitely recommend!

The driveway, the beautiful grounds that included abundant lemon tress, plants, and a small garden area with arugula and fennel, we knew this home was something special. The outdoor area also includes a pool and beautiful outdoor kitchen. Stepping into the home we were equally impressed. The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and 2 en-suite bedrooms. The views from the kitchen are breathtaking. Going upstairs is where you find the lovely living area with a wood burning fire place, clean and comfortable furniture, balconies to take in the amazing views, and 2 more en-suite bedrooms. The home exceeds what the pictures show. It\u2019s everything we wanted and more beautiful than we imagined it would be. We hated to leave!

Booked the villa as a surprise for my Wife. The photos simply do not do it justice. On arrival it really does have the wow factor. So pleased I booked it and really did blow my wife away as the perfect setting for her, our family and friends to make memories. The views are breathtaking. The villa had everything in terms of amenities and everything was to a high specification. It was so large that we didn\u2019t actually use parts of the villa!!\n\nArrangements nearer our arrival were excellent and the staff attentive.\nThe only down side to the trip was the ground level room with single beds. Wasn\u2019t clear from description that it was inter linked with the other bedroom, meaning because of our guest situation it dictated who went where. Apart from that service and everything else was excellent.

Our family group of 10 has now had 4 villa holidays which have all been great, but this was the best so far. Great location, perfect villa. Lucio organised a boat trip and a restaurant dinner which were both really good so we would recommend his recommendations.
