The villa consists of a main house and an annex, developing over 270 sq.m
MAIN HOUSE
Inside we find a large living room with sofas, TV and a beautiful fireplace. From this living room we can access the large separate dining room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen offers another large table with chairs, plenty of working space for cooking delicious Italian meals and direct access to the outside space. On the ground floor there is one additional bathroom with toilet and sink.
Furthermore, the sleeping area consists of: one double bedroom and one single bedroom on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower; two double bedrooms on the first floor one with en-suite bathroom with shower and one other separate bathroom with bath tub. There is also a separate living room on the first floor, furnished with a double sofa bed and offering direct access to the balcony.
ANNEX
The annex consists of a small living room with sofa, fireplace and kitchenette. This has a direct access to the outdoor area. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Outside, we find a private swimming pool (6.5x3m) with hydro massage corner, that can be heated on request. The pool area is furnished with sun lounges and sunchairs. Furthermore, there is a pergola equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, offering stunning views across the sea, from Vesuvius to the island of Capri.

I have stayed here with my family of 11. I cannot express how AMAZING our days were in this place. Let me begin with the villa manager Salvatore, he helped us with everything, from cars to activities to restaurants even he would deliver the food himself to make sure we would have a great experience. We had many questions and requests and Salvatore didn’t hesitate to help us in everything. The place is very beautiful and historical, very safe and sound. I highly recommend requesting breakfast from the villa everyday. I would come back here again for my next trip to Sorrento! Thank you Salvatore & the staff.
Our overall impression of the house was very good. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The house manager was lovely and very responsive to our needs. The pool and the gardens were very well looked after, and the cleaning ladies did a wonderful job. The kitchen was lovely and big. A basket of pasta and tomatoes was available to us which was appreciated. Overall, our group enjoyed our stay here. It was definitely a place of calm and refuge from the busy Sorrento coast.

Another successful family vacation in easily one of the most beautiful locations any of us have been!\nSo much to do (boat trips around Capri or to Positano, diving up the Amalfi Coast, a great pizza party at the villa) but nothing was quite as relaxing as laying by the pool, enjoyining a cocktail and a view unlike any other.\nWith a kitchen big enough to cook and a table to seat all 12 of us, this villa was a perfect fit for our week together.\nThank you

The villa is located just in front of the Capri island, it has a nice garden around with a nice pool and a few balconies with amazing view.\nThe house is an old Place from the 15 th century that is equipped with all you need to have a great vacation.\nWe had every day breakfast just under the vineyard that was beautiful.\nSalvatore was very nice and helpful, and was available for all needs.
