The villa (350 square metres) consists of a two-storey main building and an annex. The villa consists of an elegantly furnished lounge with a TV, a dining table accommodating up to 12 people and a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and small appliances.

All the bedrooms within the main villa are situated on the upper floor.

• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: King size bed, TV, safe, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.
• Bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom (master bedroom): King size bed, TV, safe, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, hot tub, one double sofa bed (more suitable for two children or one adult), access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.
ANNEX (sleeps 4)
The annex comprises two double bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds, TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning, and French windows leading to a private terrace offering sea views. Both bedrooms are accompanied by ensuite bathrooms (with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet).
Outside, the villa features a gorgeous garden with splendid private terraces and a private swimming pool. The pool comes equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, open from 1 April to 31 October. While a car is not essential, if you happen to have one, there is a private parking area with two available spaces.

Das Apartment ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv ist ph\u00e4nomenal. Zur Begr\u00fc\u00dfung leuchteten Kerzen. Da wir abends ankamen, gab es eine Grundausstattung f\u00fcr das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im K\u00fchlschrank inklusive \u00d6l und Essig. Daniela holte uns vom Bahnhof ab und fuhr uns anschlie\u00dfend in die Stadt zur\u00fcck. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Das hat uns sehr geholfen. Nach einigen Tagen fragte sie nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die R\u00fcckgabe des Apartment konnten wir zeitlich nach unseren W\u00fcnschen vereinbaren. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Danke Daniela.\nEigentlich haben wir nichts zu kritisieren.

The view was absolutely breathtaking. Just wow. Waking up in the morning with an incredible view was amazing. The place was extremely clean with everything needed. Very comfortable. The garden was impeccable and just incredible. One morning as we were going out we met Rosanna, the owner of the place and she was absolutely friendly and kind. Invited us for a quick espresso and the next day for a small cake & fruits. We had a wonderful dreamy time there and will definitely be coming back. The place is definitely worth 10 stars.

First of all, I\u2019m surprised there aren\u2019t more reviews for this property! We were a little skeptical at first when booking this place, but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The property itself is beautiful, and overlooks the entire city of Sorrento, and the Mediterranean. The villa has literally everything you could want and more (washer\/dryer) full kitchen, double balcony from bedroom and living room, beautiful garden area to enjoy breakfast with the most spectacular views, and a private pool. The property has air conditioning, and is very comfortable. The owner of the property treated us to some freshly squeezed orange juice, snacks, and coffee one day while we were laying out at the pool. The property is about a 10-15 minute drive to Sorrento city center. If you have a rental car, there are parking garages and plenty of parking in the city. There is also a bus stop right in front of the property gate which takes you down to the city.

The villa is perfect for a couple that wants to stay out of Sorrento and have beautiful views of Sorrento, Napoli and the bay. It sits high on the hill overlooking Sorrento. It is walkable for those in good shape.
