The space

The villa develops over three levels and you can reach it from street level without needing to climb any steps. To get the most of out the area and your holiday, for this villa, we recommend that you have a vehicle, which you can park on site for free.

Ground floor:

- Large professional kitchen, equipped with professional-style facilities and including a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Separate laundry room accessible from the terrace.

The second floor is ideal for guests who appreciate additional privacy, as this floor also features a private living area with a kitchenette (with kettle and mini fridge) and a dining table for four people.

On request, it is possible to accommodate up to 2 additional guests in a seventh bedroom, which is not included in the standard rental configuration.The seventh bedroom is available exclusively upon prior arrangement and confirmation from the property.

Outside, the premises offer a private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.8m deep; open from beginning of April until October) furnished with umbrellas, sun lounges and outdoor shower. There is a partially shaded terrace with tables and chairs for 20 people, outdoor kitchen, adjacent to the garden. From the terrace, you can reach the laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE:
- All activities must be arranged in advance and are reserved exclusively for registered guests staying at the property.
- External participants are not permitted.
- External chefs, private cooks and catering professionals are not allowed to operate at the property. Any professionally hosted culinary activities must be organised through the villa’s authorised team.
- The outdoor pizza oven cannot be used independently by guests. It may only be operated in the presence of the villa’s designated pizzaiolo. Guests wishing to organise a pizza evening should make arrangements at least several days in advance, preferably before arrival.
