Accessed from the road through an electric gate, the villa develops over two floors, with no steps between the car park and the house.
On the ground floor, we find an open plan bright living room with beautiful views of the sea and direct access to the terrace. The room is furnished with double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning and a dining table with chairs. Extending from the living room, we find the kitchen area (equipped with a five-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric oven). There is one double bedroom with sea views, air conditioning, and TV, and a separate bathroom with shower.
We access the first floor via the interiors stairs (10 steps), where we find one twin bedroom (these can be joined together to form a double) with TV and air conditioning; one single bedroom accessed from the corridor. Here, we find a second separate bathroom with shower. On this floor, there is also an 80 sq. m patio with views of the sea and furnished with table, chairs, sun lounges and umbrella. This can be accessed from the twin bedroom or the garden.
Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5m; 1.5m deep; open from April to October) with sun lounges, sun umbrella and an outdoor shower. The pool is a few steps down from the house. There is a covered terrace, with a handmade wooden table, chairs and deck chairs, as well as the stone barbecue.

The property has the most magnificent views, it’s not looked over by any other villas so it feels very private. It’s extremely secure, with a gated entrance. The actual villa is clean and spacious, the kitchen is just the right size and has everything you will need. It’s near the bus stops, so easy to get into Sorrento and near the shops that you will need. Lucio was very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had. Great stay, would definitely come back!
This villa is STUNNING. We have no complaints. Its beautifully furnished, the views are amazing and the location is great. The hosts that greeted us were so kind and helpful, they would give us local tips and quickly responded whenever we needed them. I highly recommend staying here.
The villa is absolutely magnificent. We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions such as Naples, Caprithe Amalfi coast and the view is breathtaking. Furthermore, we had a super friendly host who gave us numerous local tips such as restaurant recommendations and also organized a private boat tour to Capri for us. I can definitely recommend a stay at this property.
This house has surprised us, a group of three friends, very positively. Lucio is a very good and relaxed host, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise overlooking the sea when we sat at breakfast. The equipment is new, the bathrooms and other furnishings as well as the pool very well maintained and tasteful. Entertainment was provided by the funny property cat. A supermarket is very close, also a restaurant in 50m distance. The house is located on the plateau of Sant'Agata. This place is perfect to explore the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. It is not overrun with tourists and offers the life of a normal small Italian town. Beaches, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast etc. are very easy to reach also by public transport. The house is thus a very good base for activities of any kind.
