The space

Villa Tinta is built on three levels and consists of a main house and an annex. Each floor in the main house can be reached either by external stairs or by an internal spiral staircase.

MAIN HOUSE
Ground floor: Spacious living room with fireplace that benefits from the daily light coming through the two French glass doors opening onto the garden and the main terrace. The kitchen is well equipped (gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, American style coffee maker and kettle).

First floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower each and windows with a wonderful view.

Second floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower each and windows with view over the garden.

ANNEX
From the main terrace, an exterior staircase with 15 steps will lead you to the annex that consists of one double bedroom, a single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

From the terrace (200sqm), guests will enjoy breathtaking views over Ravello, the Amalfi coast and the sea.
The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, stone oven, BBQ and a refrigerator.

In the well-maintened garden (400sqm) there is the private pool (open from May until the end of Sempteber) with solarium and external shower.
