The villa, which is comprised of three apartments, is booked as a private villa and is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden. It is quite suitable for families with children. Each apartment has a separate independent entrance and sea views. The beds are: 3 Queen sized (160*190 cm), 1 double (140*190 cm), 1 Queen / Twin (160*190 / 2x 80*190 cm), 2 Double Sofa beds (140*190), 1 Toddler bed, 2 baby cots.

Large living/dining room, open fireplace, dining table, library/study area, French doors to covered terrace with sea view alfresco dining terrace. Well equipped kitchen, French doors to terrace and steps down to panoramic "taverna" style covered dining terrace seating 14 with summer kitchen, barbecue and traditional Italian wood-fired pizza oven.

SECOND FLOOR - Sleeps 2
External stairs from roof terrace to second floor/attic: Entrance door to open plan living/dining/kitchen area, air-conditioning, dining table for 4, French doors to balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 5: Queen size bed, large arched window with views over the pool and the sea.

Additional bedding for children and teens: 1 double sofa bed in the living area.
From the ground floor down a small set of stairs is the barbecue area, furnished in rustic style, all in local stone and chestnut wood with magnificent views of the Mediterranean countryside, which is perfect for a wonderful evening meal. Guests have use of the external areas: the large loggia and solarium, garden, swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 1.40m -2.40m; open April -October; depuration: salt water system), barbecue, outdoor showers and pergola.
Facilities: Maid service: 9AM-1PM, 6 days a week, solarium, parking, air conditioning (throughout the villa, except for the main kitchen), Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access. Kitchenettes are equipped with kettle, toaster, DVD player, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, safe. Balcony, panoramic terrace, swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden, BBQ, Pizza oven. Linen & towels included: linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week.
Extras: Pool towels €10 per person per week. Winter heating € 300 per week. Wood for fire €200 per week. Additional maid service on request. Cook service & waiter on request at €250 per dinner (excluding cost of the food. Traditional local cuisine menu will be arranged with clients in the morning). Pizza chef and waiter at €250 for pizza parties using wood pizza oven (cost of the food is not included).

This was an incredible place to vacation for my family. If you want to escape to the real Italy, away from the tourists but experience the best of the Italian coast - this is a gem! The pictures do no justice to this place. The villa is full of all the luxuries we needed. The bedrooms were all very large with good design and great amenities. The bathrooms were well stocked and extremely clean - as was the whole houses immaculate. The kitchen was great and a fun place to prepare food. The outdoor kitchen was also a real treasure at night for long dinners with our large group. There are many eating areas and balconies with well appointed seating for morning coffees, afternoon reading and evening cocktails. Lots of space to get some quiet time. Our family enjoyed so much time at the pool. It\u2019s huge and has great steps leading into if you have little ones. There was a box full of pool toys too which was brilliant for our group. There was also a great slide and swing set in the garden - it is an endless activity center for a family. The villa is surrounded with lots of delicious fruit trees and everyday we picked lemons, plums, peaches as we played in the garden. It was magic. Perhaps the best part of the trip was our host. He was incredible helping us plan activities before and during our stay (definitely recommend the boat trip and booking dinner at his local favourites). He shared with us his family wine - which tasted even better with the stories he shared about his family. Maria the housekeeper keeps the home immaculate and always there to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome and shared the best of Italian hospitality. We will be back to stay again - it was heaven.

AMAZING - wonderful host, the most incredible pool and view, immaculate, clean and perfectly equipped accommodation. We booked very last minute as our booked accommodation was cancelled - we fell on our feet as Marzio is the most incredible host who looked after us so well. We had our 8 month old baby with us and his family were so welcoming and accommodating, picking us up from the train station and taking us to the supermarket, playing with our little girl in the pool and just generally going above and beyond. The villa is up a steep hill and as advised in the description your stay is much easier with a car and the area needs one to be explored to its full potential. However even though we didn\u2019t have one we still enjoyed our stay walking to the village for lunch once and just enjoying the pool\/garden\/balcony and really relaxing for the four days we were there. Cannot recommend this place enough not only is the accommodation incredible but Marzio is one of the kindest, most excellent hosts you could ever ask for.

Thanks to Marzio we enjoyed fantastic meals at some of the best local restaurants; experienced some fantastic trips including a memorable day cruising the beautiful coastline by boat.
