The main entrance leads you to a spacious and panoramic terrace equipped with sun beds, table and chairs where you can dine 'alfresco'. It is partly shaded with a bamboo roof and creepers and other local ornamental plants.
The apartment is on two levels and it has been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated.
The floors are tiled with beautiful majolica tiles and there is air condition throughout the apartments.
On the ground floor is the living room comfortably furnished with an open fireplace. On the right side there is also a dining room with direct access to the kitchen (equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and toaster) and through a glass door, you enter a side terrace (equipped with a table for 6-8 people) with a little garden cultivated with seasonal vegetables.
On the opposite side of the living room there is a spacious double bedroom with sofa, separate dressing area and en-suite shower room. All the rooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace.
From the dining room few steps (about 18) take you to the second floor, where you will find other two double bedrooms, both spacious and nicely furnished, also with direct access to another terrace, shaded by a bamboo roof. On this floor there is another large shower room.
As the property is in Positano, a car is not required: restaurants, bars, shops and services are all within walking distance. In case renting a car is a necessity, the parking may not be easy to find, however it can be arranged (to be booked with the property) in a nearby private car park (approximately 20 euros per day payable locally). There is also a bus service to the two beaches.
