The space

The property has one of the most amazing views of Capri island and is surrounded by panoramic terraces and a delightful kitchen garden with vine pergolas that open onto a charming landscape overlooking the sea. The garden has some of the typical plants of the Sorrento Coastline: olive, lemon and orange trees, bougainvillea and Mediterranean flowers.

There are stairs that lead down to the private swimming pool (5 x 7 m; Depth: 2 m), in an unusual pentagonal shape. The pool area is equipped with umbrella, deck chairs and sun lounges.
A terrace close to the entrance is equipped with tables and umbrellas.

The main house is made up of two levels plus a separate annex and a separate studio.

MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor of the main villa you will find a spacious living room with fireplace and a bright dining area with direct access to the terraces. On the same floor you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay and direct access to a terrace. Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the main villa also houses a comfortable double bedroom (160x200cm) complete with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Accessed by a short flight of steps, the first floor of the villa houses two double bedrooms (160x200cm), one bedroom with double bed and one single bed (beds: 190x160 and 190x80), one twin room (beds: 190x80 and 190x80) and one bedroom with French bed (bed: 110x200cm). On the same floor you will also find two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

ANNEX
In the dépendance you will find one double bedroom, one room with bunk beds and one bathroom with shower. The dépendance also features a wide veranda-living room with sofa, a dining area and a kitchen.

STUDIO
Accessed from the garden, the studio houses a large living room complete with double sofa bed, a corner kitchen with dining area, a comfortable single room and a bathroom with shower. In the Studio, you will find a wood-burning oven

Facilities: private swimming pool, Wi-Fi Internet, Heating available in the main villa, with radiators, satellite TV, private parking space for six cars, air conditioning available in the bedrooms of the Main Villa, except the bedroom with French bed on the first floor.
