The space

PLEASE NOTE: A separate annex by the pool is occupied by a very welcoming and discrete maid and her husband who look after the house.

From the main road an electric gate gives access to a private road that slopes downwards directly to the outdoor parking area which is suitable for 3-4 cars. The main entrance door of the villa is only 9 steps from the parking area.

The private swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a swing and an external shower. There is a porch made in stone furnished with dining table and chairs. From the private swimming pool guests enjoy amazing views of the sea and of the coastline. By the porch there is a bathroom with WC and basin.

There property consists of a main house developing on two levels and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE

Ground floor: Entrance is from the terrace, through three French doors, into a sitting/dining room paved with original hand-made majolica tiles. The room includes a dining table, comfortable sofas and armchairs around a fireplace, flat screen Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and an air conditioning/heating unit. Adjacent to this living room there is a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom on this floor has a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Upper floor: This floor is reached via 16 wooden steps. Here, we find a double bedroom (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms (160 cm), and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub with shower head.

ANNEX
The annex offers a fifth bedroom. You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from a patio through a French door. The furnishings of the room are cosy and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The room has a double bed (160 cm), a small terrace, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub with shower head.

On request, all the five double bedrooms can be transformed into twin rooms.

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (5x16 m; 1 to 3.5 m deep; open from the beginning of May until the end of October) with sea views and sun lounges. From the kitchen there are two doors leading onto the patio with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below. The patio is partly shaded by a retractable awning and is equipped with dining table for up 10 people, chairs and deck chairs, a BBQ and a wood-fired pizza oven. The patio can be accessed via the kitchen door or via the terrace on the ground level.

Facilities: air conditioning throughout, daily maid service (from Monday to Saturday), heating in each bedroom and in the living room, change of bed linen and towels twice a week, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, baby cot, highchair, parking space inside the property suitable for up to three cars, barbecue, baby cot, highchair, hairdryer, pizza oven.
