Description

This charming villa (250sqm + 1000sqm of outdoor area) is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic areas along the Amalfi Coast. It is conveniently located between the two historical towns of Amalfi and Ravello, in a private and exclusive position. The pool situated on the upper floor of the villa and the five different levels of large terraces and gardens face the sun and the sea. The terraces are decorated with jars filled with flowers, some of which are sun-drenched and others shaded by pergolas, trees or awnings.

The space

Entrance from the main road along the short private driveway. Garage for one car; additional parking for two cars along the driveway. 19 steps up to the main floor of the villa.
Entrance is into the living room with open marble fireplace decorated with lamps and ceramic vases , a wooden table with elegant chairs. French doors to furnished terrace with wrought iron table and ceramic top and 6 wrought iron chairs. The living room also has large windows where you can view the the spectalar views over the sea and behond.The kitchen can be reached from the living area and also from the terrace making in perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and fridge/freezer and leading onto the terrace . Next to the kitchen is the elevator. In addition there is a Laundry-room with washing machine, modern bathroom with shower. Halfway behind the living room leads to a double bedroom with access to the terrace with sea view, en-suite with large shower cubicle.

Upper level, reached through the indoor staircase (20 steps) or elevator. Double bedroom en-suite with large shower cubicle and hydro massage tub. One further double bedroom and one twin bedroom share a bathroom, located in the hall, with a modern glass stall shower. Each bedroom with TV and control to regulate the air conditioning, french windows opening onto the terraces with sea views.

From this floor, the elevator takes you to a spacious terrace (reachable form the entrance ofthe villa with an expternal staircase of 45 steps. A spacious terrace can be reached from the entrance of the villa with an external stairway of 45 steps. 21 steps take to the upper level with a huge terrace which provides spectacular views of the coast and the sea, and comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces. It houses a quite large swimming pool (16m x 7m), two outdoor showers, deck chairs, shaded dining area with table and charcoal barbecue, and an angle furnished as a bar. Access to the house by remote controlled gate opening onto the driveway. Parking for 3 cars.
