The space

From the villa, one can walk to the town where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The metro underground and Cumana railway offers a quick and economical means of transport into Naples itself. Ferry connections from Pozzuoli at approximately 1km from the villa to the islands of Procida (journey time 20 minutes) and Ischia (journey time 40 minutes).

The villa is surrounded by a very large park with a swimming pool (9.2m x 6m, 1.5m deep).

MAIN HOUSE
Ground floor: from patio entrance into two lounges: one with dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. In the bedroom, there is also a single bed. One of the lounges also offers a bathroom with shower, while the other lounge has a guest bathroom with toilet and sink only.

First floor: two separate independent apartments, each with lounge with a single bed and double sofabed, galleried double bedroom and kitchen. One apartment has a bathroom with shower, the other has a bathroom with bathtub/shower and entrance from the terrace.

At the top there is a panoramic terrace with views of Miseno, and of the islands of Procida and Ischia.

ANNEX
Just 10m across the patio, opposite the entrance to the main house there is an annex with one double bedroom and one bedroom with double bed and one single bed, both with en-suite bathroom with shower (one of these bathrooms is adapted for the disabled) and another smaller bedroom with a single bed and a second pull out single bed, bathroom with bathtub/shower.

The property is fully air-conditioned. There is a fast Wi-Fi internet line available for guests.

Villa Rosata offers 3 kitchens with a total of 8 hobs, 3 ovens, a barbecue and pizza oven outside.

OUTDOOR
Parking space for several cars. Patio area with table and chairs. Barbeque. Large lawn dotted with hammocks and additional deckchairs. Swimming pool with loungers and sun umbrellas. Separate laundry room with washing machine.
