Swimming pool (10x5m; with heating system on request). Terrace with sunbeds, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, BBQ, wood oven. 13 steps down to the lake shore.

Swimming pool (10m x 5m), daily housekeeping (house + pool 4 hours per day Monday to Friday - mandatory), appliances include: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, toaster, espresso and American coffee machine, BBQ, wood oven. Air conditioning, WIFI Internet, jacuzzi, sauna.
