Villa Dello Ionio offers approximately 140 m² of living space, arranged over two floors.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a bright living and dining room with air conditioning, comfortable seating, a fireplace and direct access to the patio. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, toaster and coffee machines, providing everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower on this level.
Three steps lead to a slightly raised area containing a second bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine.

First Floor
The first floor has a third double bedroom with air conditioning and direct access to a private balcony, where guests can enjoy the surrounding views.

OUTDOOR
The outdoor spaces are a lovely feature of Villa Dello Ionio, with a terraced garden planted with Mediterranean vegetation and views towards the sea.
There are two furnished patios, offering separate places to relax. One features a comfortable lounge area, while the other has an outdoor dining table and barbecue, making it ideal for enjoying meals outside.
The private swimming pool (open from May 1st to October 31st) is set within the garden and surrounded by sun loungers, providing a pleasant spot to enjoy the Calabrian sunshine. The property is enclosed and has parking for two cars within the grounds.
