The space

INDOORS

Palazzo al Tramonto is arranged over three floors, with several living and dining spaces, multiple kitchen areas and seven bedrooms. Some of the bedrooms on the first floor can be connected, while an independent unit provides additional flexibility for groups.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a dining room and a separate sitting room which provide spaces for meals and relaxation.
There is also a games room with a table football table, offering a sociable space for guests to spend time together. A laundry room is equipped with two washing machines and an iron.
Two separate guest toilets, each with a washbasin and WC, complete this floor.

First Floor
The first floor contains five double bedrooms, including four bedrooms that can be connected to one another, useful for families with children travelling together.
There are three separate bathrooms with shower.

Additional kitchen facilities are also available, including a small kitchenette with an induction hob and refrigerator beside an exit to the rear garden.
A larger kitchen features a fireplace, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and moka pot. An adjoining area provides additional refrigeration, a dishwasher and an electric oven.

Second Floor
The top floor has a library or study area, together with two further bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and bathtub serves this floor.

Additional Spaces
An annex near the swimming pool provides a relaxation area furnished with armchairs. At the rear of the villa, a large room is available for meetings and events. Guests planning a private event should confirm the permitted use and any additional conditions in advance.

OUTDOORS
The villa is surrounded by a large, fenced garden, with the private swimming pool (15m x 3m; 1.39m deep; open from 1 May to 31 October) set within the grounds. Sun loungers and garden furniture provide space to relax outdoors, while an outdoor shower is available for use after swimming.
The hillside setting offers panoramic views across the surrounding countryside. The garden provides room for guests to spend time together in the open air, whether enjoying a quiet afternoon by the pool or gathering for a meal outdoors.
The property also offers parking within the grounds.
