Villa Il Lago offers single-level accommodation, with three elegant bedroom suites, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a contemporary kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms.

Living and Dining Area
The bright, spacious living area is framed by floor-to-ceiling glass walls, bringing the surrounding landscape and lake views into the heart of the villa. Designer sofas and armchairs create a comfortable place to unwind, while an integrated fireplace adds atmosphere. A 65-inch Smart TV and Bluetooth Bose speakers provide entertainment.
The dining area is positioned in front of the lake, with a handcrafted Domiziani table seating six. The open-plan layout connects naturally with the kitchen and outdoor spaces, making it well suited to relaxed meals and entertaining.

Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen features a central island and high-end Bertazzoni and AEG appliances. Facilities include an oven, dishwasher, six induction hobs, microwave, grill, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine, alongside a fridge and freezer.

Goddess Suite
The main bedroom suite features a king-size bed, writing desk and walk-in wardrobe. Its en-suite bathroom has an open shower and a freestanding chromotherapy bathtub, creating a luxurious space to unwind. The suite also has direct outdoor access and panoramic lake views.

Ruby Suite
The Ruby Suite has a queen-size bed, dedicated workspace and built-in wardrobes. Its en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and contemporary shower. Like the other bedrooms, it offers direct outdoor access and lake views.

Sage Suite
The spacious Sage Suite features a queen-size bed, a comfortable sitting area and built-in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and modern shower, while direct outdoor access and panoramic views complete the suite.

An additional guest bathroom is accessible from the living area and has direct access to the pool, making it particularly convenient when spending time outdoors.

OUTDOOR
The outdoor spaces at Villa Il Lago are designed to make the most of the surrounding landscape, with views across the olive grove towards Lake Trasimeno.
The impressive private pool combines an elongated swimming lane with a separate shallow area designed for relaxing.

Above the villa, a panoramic rooftop terrace provides an elevated view across Lake Trasimeno. The lounge area and fire pit make it an inviting place for sunset aperitifs, evening conversations and stargazing.
