The space

Villa Gaiole comprises three independent residences. Together, the estate offers nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with accommodation arranged across the separate buildings.

OLIVETA
Oliveta is a bright, practical residence divided into two independent apartments that are not internally connected.
First Apartment – Ground Floor
• One double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
• One twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Second Apartment – Two Levels
The ground floor has two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

GATTO
The ground floor features an independent double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, together with a private wellness area comprising a gym, sauna and shower.
A staircase leads to a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.
A separate laundry room is accessed from outside and is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

BOSCO
The ground floor features a large kitchen, a living room, a dining area for gathering together and a guest bathroom.
First Floor
There are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, as well as an elegant junior suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and Jacuzzi. A sofa bed can be added to the junior suite.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The estate's outdoor spaces make the most of the surrounding Chianti countryside, with panoramic views across the rolling hills.
The panoramic private swimming pool can be heated on request at an additional cost (depth 1.50–1.80 metres; depuration: saltwater; open from late March until mid-December; please note that the pool cannot be heated for stays shorter than 4 nights). A changing room with a guest bathroom is located in the pool area.
Shaded terraces and outdoor seating areas provide places to relax throughout the day, while the barbecue area and traditional wood-fired pizza oven create a welcoming setting for outdoor meals. Guests can also enjoy the vegetable garden and aromatic herbs, adding a taste of the Tuscan countryside to cooking and dining.
