The space

Large glass doors connect the indoor living spaces with the garden and pool terrace, creating an easy flow between inside and out. Outside, guests can enjoy sunny days by the pool, relax on the solarium or gather for meals beneath the pergola.

Interior
The villa is arranged on one level, with a spacious open-plan living area and three double bedrooms.
The main living space brings together a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen in a bright, contemporary setting. Large windows and glass doors provide plenty of natural light and open onto the outdoor areas, making it easy to move between the house, terrace and pool.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area, creating a sociable space for preparing meals and spending time together.
The accommodation comprises three double bedrooms, each furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed and its own en-suite shower room. A separate bathroom with laundry facilities is also available.

Outdoor Areas
The outdoor spaces are a highlight of Villa Avola, with a private garden and generous poolside terrace surrounding the contemporary villa.
The private swimming pool measures 11 x 4 metres (open from 1 April to 30 November), with a depth ranging from approximately 0.40 to 1.50 metres.
The terrace provides space for sun loungers around the pool, while the pergola creates a shaded setting for outdoor dining. A patio and solarium complete the outdoor areas, offering several places to relax throughout the day.

Villa Avola is located in the Avola area of southeastern Sicily, a region known for its beaches, historic towns and distinctive Sicilian character.
The nearby town of Avola is known for its sandy coastline, traditional town centre and local almond-growing heritage. The villa also provides a base for exploring the wider Val di Noto, including the Baroque town of Noto, as well as other destinations along Sicily's southeastern coast.
