The space

A special feature is the shaded relaxation area directly on the beach. The charming fishing village of Marzamemi is around 3 km away, while the historic Baroque town of Noto is approximately 20 km away, making this a great base for combining beach days with exploring Sicily.

INDOOR
The villa offers approximately 100 m² of living space across the ground and first floors.
Ground floor: The living room and kitchen share an open-plan layout, creating a comfortable space for relaxing and dining together. The kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender and both espresso and filter coffee machines.
The sleeping area consists of:
- one double bedroom (bed 180x200 cm), with en-suite bathroom with shower
- one double bedroom (bed 160x200cm), with en-suite bathroom with shower
- one double bedroom (160x200cm)
- one separate bathroom with shower
First floor: A veranda and private terrace provide additional space to enjoy the outdoors.

OUTDOOR
Set within a private garden of approximately 1,000 m², Casa Capo Blu offers plenty of room to unwind in the Mediterranean sunshine. The 100 m² private terrace and veranda are ideal for outdoor dining, while the barbecue area is perfect for relaxed meals at home.
Garden furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor shower are provided, making it easy to freshen up after a day at the beach. Private parking is available within the property.
There is no swimming pool, but the nearby beach is just a short walk away. Guests also have access to a shaded relaxation area directly on the beach, a lovely extra for enjoying the coast at a leisurely pace.
