The space

INDOORS:
Ground Floor: An entrance hall leads to a spacious professional kitchen, well equipped for preparing meals for larger groups. The generous dining room enjoys beautiful views over Lake Como, while the bright lounge provides a comfortable place to relax, with satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player and a sound system. Speakers are installed throughout the ground-floor rooms. This level also includes a games room with a table tennis table, a sofa and toys for children, as well as two guest bathrooms.

First Floor: Six air-conditioned double bedrooms each have their own bathroom, five with a shower and one with a bathtub. In addition to the six double bedrooms, there are two more single bedrooms, ideal for children, which are not air-conditioned and connect via two of the double bedrooms. Guests staying in these single rooms must pass through the adjoining double bedroom to access the bathroom.
Additionally, two single beds can be added in two of the double bedrooms.

OUTDOORS:
The villa is embraced by a manicured, flat lakeside garden, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining, sunbathing, or quiet evening aperitives just 3 meters from the lake. The garden also offers private access to a small beach, perfect for morning dips or picnics by the water.
Unique to Villa Dia is its covered private swimming pool (7.4 x 4.35m; 1.2m deep; heated from middle of May to middle of September; during other seasons, between Jan 01 - May 14 and Sep 11 – Dec 31, it can be heated, at extra cost on request only) featuring a sliding transparent roof and walls, allowing guests to swim year-round, day or night, rain or shine, with ambient lighting for magical evening swims. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and garden seating invite quiet moments under the Italian sun.

Villa Dia’s location is ideal for those wanting to explore the lake. Just steps away lies a small harbour where you’ll find lakeside restaurants and traditional trattorias. For boating enthusiasts, private mooring is available, making day trips on the lake easily accessible.

PLEASE NOTE:
- A pedestrian path runs along the shore between the lake and the property. For this reason, privacy on the terrace could be limited especially during July and August. The lakefront has public access.
- Buffet welcome dinner included
- Daily cleaning and change of towels (except Sunday) is part of the service with a twice weekly change of bed linen.
