VILLA OLIVELLA – PADENGHE SUL GARDA
Set in a private garden in Padenghe sul Garda, Villa Olivella is a spacious five-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located just 100 metres from the shores of Lake Garda and within walking distance of the town centre.
Surrounded by olive trees and palms, the villa offers plenty of space for families and groups, with generous indoor living areas, shaded outdoor dining spaces and a private pool of approximately 70 m². An underpass provides convenient access to the lakefront and an equipped beach club, while the restaurants, shops and amenities of Padenghe sul Garda are also close by.

INDOOR
The villa is arranged over two floors.
The ground floor provides spacious communal areas for guests to relax and dine together. There are two living rooms, a separate TV room, a dining room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
A separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor, we have the sleeping area which consists of five air-conditioned double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower.
One of the bathrooms is en-suite and also features a private sauna, providing an additional space for relaxation during the stay.

OUTDOOR
The villa is surrounded by a private park with lawns, olive trees and palms, creating a peaceful setting close to Lake Garda.
At the centre of the outdoor area is the private swimming pool (12 x 6m; 1.2m deep; open from 1 April to 31 October), with space around the pool for relaxing in the sun. A separate pool house provides a changing room and external bathroom with shower.
Two covered verandas offer comfortable shaded areas furnished with sofas and armchairs. One also provides an outdoor dining area, with ceiling fans helping to keep the space comfortable during warmer summer days. A barbecue area is located nearby for relaxed meals at the villa.

- The property is equipped with perimeter video surveillance system and a perimeter alarm (all around the fence of the villa).
- Up to two pets are welcome.

Location
One of the villa's biggest advantages is its position. Lake Garda is approximately 100 metres away, with an underpass providing convenient access to the lakefront and an equipped beach club.
The centre of Padenghe sul Garda is also within walking distance, making it possible to reach local shops, restaurants and everyday amenities without always relying on the car.
The villa is well placed for exploring the southern and western shores of Lake Garda, including nearby lakeside towns and villages, while the surrounding area offers golf, tennis, horse riding and an extensive network of cycling routes.

Things to See & Do
A stay in Padenghe sul Garda offers easy access to many of the highlights of Lake Garda. Spend the day exploring the lakefront and nearby beaches, hire a boat to discover the lake from the water, or visit some of the area's historic villages and waterfront towns.
Active guests can enjoy cycling, golf, tennis and horse riding, with bicycle, e-bike, scooter and motorboat rental available in the surrounding area.
Families can also make day trips to the amusement parks around Lake Garda, while the region's thermal spas provide a more relaxing alternative.
