The space

Despite its secluded setting, the island is remarkably accessible. Guests arriving at Naples Airport are transferred by private chauffeur to Massa Lubrense, followed by a five-minute crossing aboard the property's private tender. During the stay, the tender provides daily connections with the mainland, while Positano and Capri can also be reached easily by boat.
The estate offers approximately 390 m² of interior space and 25,000 m² of private Mediterranean grounds, with panoramic terraces, gardens, an infinity pool, private dock and direct access to the sea.

Main Residence
The Main Residence centres around a spacious open-plan living and dining area overlooking the Mediterranean. Large windows fill the room with natural light, while comfortable sofas, Smart TV with Sky channels and an integrated sound system provide a relaxed gathering space for the group.
The adjoining dining area seats all 12 guests, while a separate guest kitchen is available for everyday use. The estate also has a completely separate professional kitchen used by the private chef and culinary team.
Two sea-view suites are situated on the main level. Two separate staircases lead to the lower level, where three additional suites occupy independent areas of the residence, providing greater privacy for families or groups travelling together.
Independent Guest House
Across the panoramic terrace is a separate Guest House containing the sixth sea-view suite. With its own sitting area, dressing area and en-suite bathroom, it is ideal for guests who would appreciate additional independence from the main group.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All six bedrooms are king-size sea-view suites with private en-suite bathrooms. They include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, Smart TVs, safes and complimentary minibars. Bathrooms have walk-in showers, bathrobes, slippers, Dyson hairdryers and toiletries.

Outdoor Areas & Pool
The island extends across approximately 25,000 m², with pathways winding between Mediterranean gardens, olive trees, vineyards and an organic vegetable garden. Numerous terraces and seating areas are positioned around the island, offering different views across Capri, Li Galli and the Amalfi Coast.
At one of the island's highest points is the 46 m² seawater infinity pool (1.3m deep), surrounded by sun loungers and relaxation areas overlooking the Mediterranean.
A large outdoor entertaining area has a professional barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven and dining table for 12, while the principal panoramic terrace provides another spectacular setting for outdoor meals and evening drinks.
Guests can swim directly from the island, explore the surrounding protected waters using the complimentary kayaks and snorkelling equipment, or simply find a quiet terrace overlooking the sea. Outdoor hot and cold showers are also available after swimming.

A Fully Staffed Private Island
The island is offered as a fully serviced private estate. The dedicated team includes a private chef, concierge, two resident housekeepers, boat crew, gardeners and maintenance staff.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily by the private chef, with seasonal menus and produce from the island's own vegetable garden whenever available. Fresh eggs are collected from the island's hen house, while each suite has a complimentary minibar.
Daily housekeeping, towel changes, laundry and ironing service are also included.

Getting Around
The island's private tender operates daily between 9:00 and 17:00, providing easy access to the mainland. Approximate boat journey times are:
• Massa Lubrense – 5 minutes
• Conca del Sogno – 5 minutes
• Positano – 10 minutes
• Capri – 20 minutes
• Sorrento – 30 minutes
• Amalfi – 30 minutes
Guests can move around the island itself using its pathways or the estate's electric golf cart.
Important: access from the private dock to the residence involves approximately 80 stone steps.

Things to See & Do
There is enough here that guests could spend the entire holiday without leaving the island. Swim and snorkel directly from the shore, explore the marine reserve by kayak, relax beside the infinity pool or wander through the gardens, vineyard and olive groves.
For days further afield, the island makes an exceptional base for exploring the Amalfi Coast by sea. Capri, Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi can all be reached by boat, while Conca del Sogno is just five minutes away.
Private yacht charters, boat excursions, wine tastings, massages, yoga sessions, diving experiences and other bespoke activities can also be arranged on request.

Who is it Best Suited For?
This property is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for exceptional privacy with hotel-level service. With six independent en-suite bedrooms, extensive communal areas and a separate guest house, it works particularly well for several couples or multi-generational groups travelling together.
It is also an outstanding choice for special occasions and celebrations, and private events for approximately 50–60 guests may be arranged with the estate team. External catering is not permitted.
