The space

With seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a private saltwater pool and an independent wellness area, the property is particularly well suited to large families and groups looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. Radda in Chianti is approximately 8 km away, while Siena can be reached in around 30 km.

INDOORS

On the ground floor, the main living area includes a spacious lounge with fireplace and sofas, a second sitting room and a separate dining room. The well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the outdoor areas, making it convenient for both indoor and al fresco meals. There is also a wardrobe area, laundry facilities and a junior suite that can be set up either as a double bed or two single beds, with private en-suite bathroom with shower. The junior suite and its bathroom are accessible for guests with disabilities.

The mezzanine level has a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, as well as an additional sitting room and games room.
The upper floor completes the sleeping accommodation with three further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower.

Wellness Area
A separate annex houses the villa's private wellness area, offering a sauna, Turkish bath, shower and relaxation space. This provides a quiet space away from the main house and makes this a particularly appealing choice outside the main summer season as well.

OUTDOORS
The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with panoramic views across the Chianti countryside. Shaded pergolas, terraces and a patio provide several places for relaxing, dining outdoors or enjoying the surrounding landscape.
The private saltwater swimming pool measures 11 x 4 m, with a depth of 1.40 m, open from late March until mid-December. A pool lift is also provided to assist guests with reduced mobility when entering and leaving the water.

A traditional wood-fired pizza oven adds to the outdoor dining facilities, while a vegetable garden is also available on the property.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The property is fenced, and the swimming pool itself is also fenced. Young children cannot access the pool directly, as the pool is accessed from the outdoor living/relaxation area. There is a gate between this area and the pool, and the gate can be locked with a key. Therefore, if the gate is kept locked, children cannot access the pool.

The villa is ideally placed for discovering the Chianti wine region, with vineyards, historic estates and medieval villages scattered throughout the surrounding countryside.
Radda in Chianti, around 8 km away, is the nearest village for supermarkets and everyday amenities, while Lecchi in Chianti, approximately 5 km away, offers a nearby choice for cafés, bars and restaurants.
Further afield, spend a day exploring Siena, approximately 30 km away, or visit Greve in Chianti, around 25 km from the villa. Florence is approximately 64 km away and makes an excellent day trip for art, architecture and sightseeing. Horse riding is available approximately 12 km from the property.
The surrounding countryside is also perfect for scenic drives between Chianti villages, winery visits and leisurely days discovering the food and wine for which this part of Tuscany is famous.

Particularly well suited to large families, groups of friends and multi-generational holidays. Seven bedrooms and numerous living areas give a large group plenty of space, while the pool, gardens, games room and wellness facilities provide something for different ages and interests.
