The space

Tucked away in the countryside of southeastern Sicily, they are just 15 minutes drive away from the charming baroque town of Scicli.

VILLA IL RAME – Sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms

The villa develops over one level only, suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Indoors, we find a large living room with sofas and fireplace corner, spacious kitchen with dining table and chairs, one guest bathroom with toilet and sink only.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom that has a loft area where we find another two single beds and a bathroom with shower, two more double bedrooms that can be accessed from the outside only, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Outside, we find a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue, a private swimming pool (12x4.5m; 1.3m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th; salt depuration) with sun lounges and an external bathroom.

Ground Floor (Main Entrance Level):
The heart of the villa opens onto a spacious and elegant living area, thoughtfully designed for gathering and relaxation. This bright, open space includes a dining area with a large table ideal for family meals, and a comfortable lounge with plush seating, a TV, and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of charm.
Adjacent to the living area is the main kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, and espresso and American coffee machines.
Also on this level are two large double bedrooms (each with a 180x200 cm bed), both featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers, offering privacy and comfort. A guest bathroom is also located on this floor for added convenience.

Ground Floor (Separate Wing with Independent Access):
Accessible from the outside, this wing offers additional privacy and flexibility—perfect for extended families or friends traveling together. It includes:
• One double/twin bedroom (180x200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with shower
• One triple bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) plus a single bed, also with en-suite shower room
• One more double/twin bedroom (180x200 cm) with a private bathroom with shower
• A laundry room with washing machine and utility space completes this section, ensuring convenience for longer stays
First Floor:
Upstairs, the villa offers a peaceful double bedroom (180x200 cm) with an additional single bed, making it ideal for couples with a child or close friends. This room also has a private bathroom with a shower and enjoys views across the countryside.

Outside, the villa's private saltwater pool (15m x 4.5m; depth 0.30 - max 1.30; Open from 01/03 to 30/11) and heated jacuzzi (3m x 3m; depth min 0.60 - max 0.90; heated up to 28°C; Open from 01/03 to 30/11) invite guests to soak in the views and the sunshine. A garden and solarium offer ample space to relax, while the patio with pergola, barbecue area, and outdoor dining terrace make it easy to enjoy long Sicilian evenings under the stars.
