The house develops over three floors and 300 sq.m. and access is via street level on what is the top level.
GROUND FLOOR
The entrance to the villa is on ground level where we can find a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
FLOOR -1
We then climb to the first floor where we find a bright living area with sofa, and large doors that open onto the terrace, while at the other end, an archway leads directly into the spacious kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this level:
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed. Please note this bedroom does not have a window.
- Master bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, private sea view terrace and small plunge pool (2.20x3.20m, open from April 1st to October 31st)
One separate bathroom with shower accessed via the hallway.
FLOOR -2
Here, we have
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. No windows.
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, sofa, and double doors leading onto a large private terrace with sea view.
FLOOR -3
This is the sea level with direct access to the waterfront area.

The home is huge mounting to four floors total. My family of 8 had an amazing time. You’re literally right in the water (beach chairs included). The location is definitely outside of the Sorrento city center and you will have to rely on taxis if you don’t have your own transportation and taxis we’re definitely pricey in the area and not ultra reliable. But being on the water and getting to explore the smaller town of Massa Lubrense was a great experience in itself. The cleaning fee is expensive but the home really is massive and we were welcomed with a spotless stay when we arrived so I think it’d definitely worth it, especially if you are considering a longer stay.
