The space

Villa Grotticelli is a bright and spacious retreat, featuring cosy and inviting rooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room is generously sized, adorned with plush sofas and vibrant artwork that adds character to the space. The kitchen is decorated in refreshing green tones.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both elegantly yet simply furnished in soothing light blue tones that harmonize beautifully with the overall décor. A shared bathroom with shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

The villa offers delightful outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The inviting swimming pool (3mx6m, maximum deep 1.40cm) is encircled by a stone sun terrace. A spacious veranda, shaded by a wooden arbour, is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table with chairs, making it ideal for shared meals while taking in the stunning views. At the rear of the villa, a large hilly garden adds a touch of natural charm and serenity.
