Castello Casalino features an expansive garden accessible through a wrought iron gate equipped with an intercom and security code. The private pool measures 11m x 5.5m with a variable depth of 80 to 135 cm.

The villa is spread across two floors and includes a separate annex.

This charming standalone mini-apartment spans two floors and includes an entrance hall, a kitchen, a cosy sitting area with a TV and library on the ground floor, a spacious double bedroom with a bathroom upstairs, with the possibility of adding a single sofa bed.
