The space

The villa (120 sqm) is distinguished by its expansive, meticulously maintained outdoor spaces. The covered terrace is beautifully furnished with a relaxation area, a dining table, and sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for outdoor living.

The entrance to the villa opens onto a courtyard that leads to the main body of the villa.
The indoor space reflects the same attention to detail. There is a bright and stylish living area designed with contemporary elements and large windows that offer views of the lush garden. This space is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a functional open kitchen.

The sleeping accommodation includes four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is situated in the main unit. The second is located on a lower level, in a secluded area adjacent to the courtyard, offering additional privacy and direct access to the beach through a private gate. The other two bedrooms are a queen-size bed and one with bunk bed. They are also accessible from the entrance courtyard.
