The outdoor area also comprises a kitchen that features an induction hob, a barbecue and an elegant indoor-outdoor lounge space with a minimalist design. This area is furnished with two large wooden sofas adorned with soft cushions and a solid wooden coffee table in the centre, creating a cosy yet refined atmosphere

The villa's standout feature is undoubtedly the private wellness area, which offers a sauna and hot tub thoughtfully placed under a charming pergola made of white wooden beams and a reed covering for shade. The wellness area also includes an external shower and modern wicker-style chairs, all with comfortable cushions and a small round table.

A private modern swimming pool completes the outdoor space's layout. Adjacent to the main pool is a separate jacuzzi section that provides a luxurious relaxation option. A large white umbrella overlooks deck chairs on the opposite side of the jacuzzi.

Inside, the villa welcomes you into a bright and inviting living area complete with a dining table, comfortable sofa, and TV, seamlessly connected to an equipped kitchen.

The sleeping quarters consist of three elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. One bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while an additional shared bathroom with a shower ensures convenience for all.
