The space

Situated on the first floor of the building, accessible by elevator, Casa di Lucca features two balconies (each approximately 2 square meters). The interiors are thoughtfully designed in a modern style, furnished with fine décor, vibrant artwork, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The owners have carefully curated every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests.

The apartment includes:
An entrance hall, a living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, television, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American-style coffee machine. The living room opens onto the first balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The sleeping area consists of:
A spacious marble bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower.
One bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, better suited for 2 children) and access to the second balcony. One double bedroom. Both bedrooms have portable fans to ensure comfort.

Additionally, ample free parking is available directly in front of the building.
