A separate well-equipped kitchen and a table with six chairs complete the ground floor. There is the only bedroom on the ground floor which contains a modern double bed and a single bed.
The room has direct access to the garden and is furnished with an en-suite bathroom covered with rough travertine.
A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms, all with wooden ceilings. The two first double bedrooms both have a balcony facing the pool with sea- and countryside -view. The third bedroom has two single beds with a window with a mount view. Down the hall, there is a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a modern double bed and a single bed. This room has an en-suite bathroom, covered with rough travertine, too, and a balcony with a nice view of the sea and pool.
Outside the villa, a private swimming pool (11 mt x 6 mt, max depth 1.5 mt, min depth 1.5 mt) overlooks a stunning rural landscape with cultivated fields, scattered buildings, and distant hills and mountains, adding to the serene and tropical ambience. The area comprises a large covered patio with a dining area, a barbecue, and several black lounge chairs near the pool, suggesting a comfortable, relaxing spot. Parking is free and fenced in.
